Smoothie and raw Juice ingredients

This is what I had for today's smoothie. Also, these are the ingredients when I juice. You can always substitute or add other vegetables.

I have made it to day 11 of GLD

I am on day 11 of the GLD... today was a easy day to get through. Day nine and ten were harder for me. I had made a smoothie last night and froze it. I took it out to let it thaw and added dates and a little more Cashew milk. That was good. I had yesterdays lunch with a added red potatoes. It already had spinach, broccoli, quinoa, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano seasoning. The seasonings gave it a delicious flavor. With taking my 1 TBL greens in 10 oz of water, 1 oz Noni, 4 oz prune juice, smoothies, water, hot soup and juicing, I average 14 -16 cups of liquid per day. Nine days into the GLD

So it has been 9 days now that I have been on the GLD. Sunday, I was a little more hungry than usual, but I made sure that I drank more water and I had an extra smoothie. Today was also a harder day for me, but again it was because I didn't drink as much. I had some last minute clients that kept me from my usual schedule. It is days like these that I start thinking about wanting solid food. Then I think how I have already lost 4 lbs and my husband has noticed that I have lost some inches. So that keeps me motivated to stay on this. So here is to another day of feeling thinner and more energetic!

The first five days of the Liquid Diet

I have been on the Great Liquid diet for 5 days now. The first 3 days, I actually did the 3 Day Cleanse, as outlined in my video. It consists of Juicing and drinking water. Watch the short video to get all the details. It is important to drink at least 64 ounces of each per day. I have done the 3 day cleanse before, so I can say with experience that it is much harder on yourself when you drink less. I also added the Apple Cider Vinegar regime first thing to get my stomach juices in balance. (1 ounce ACV, 3 oz water, 1/2 tsp honey).
