I have been on the Great Liquid diet for 5 days now. The first 3 days, I actually did the 3 Day Cleanse, as outlined in my video. It consists of Juicing and drinking water. Watch the short video to get all the details. It is important to drink at least 64 ounces of each per day. I have done the 3 day cleanse before, so I can say with experience that it is much harder on yourself when you drink less. I also added the Apple Cider Vinegar regime first thing to get my stomach juices in balance. (1 ounce ACV, 3 oz water, 1/2 tsp honey). I started on Monday and on Thursday, I was able to start on the smoothie portion. I have pictures of the drink I made yesterday and today. I had a hot soup with potato and broccoli for lunch which was delicious. Already I am feeling more energy and I have less pain in my back and feet.
