So it has been 9 days now that I have been on the GLD. Sunday, I was a little more hungry than usual, but I made sure that I drank more water and I had an extra smoothie. Today was also a harder day for me, but again it was because I didn't drink as much. I had some last minute clients that kept me from my usual schedule. It is days like these that I start thinking about wanting solid food. Then I think how I have already lost 4 lbs and my husband has noticed that I have lost some inches. So that keeps me motivated to stay on this. So here is to another day of feeling thinner and more energetic!
