I have made it to day 11 of GLD

I am on day 11 of the GLD... today was a easy day to get through.  Day nine and ten were harder for me.  I had made a smoothie last night and froze it.  I took it out to let it thaw and added dates and a little more Cashew milk.  That was good.  I had yesterdays lunch with a added red potatoes.  It already had spinach, broccoli, quinoa, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano seasoning.  The seasonings gave it a delicious flavor.  With taking my  1 TBL greens in 10 oz of water, 1 oz Noni, 4 oz prune juice, smoothies, water, hot soup and juicing, I average 14 -16 cups of liquid per day.  If I do less than that, I get lethargic or even hunger pangs.  The first time I did this, I was using recipes from the book The Great Liquid Diet, but now I just use what I have in the fridge.  It is fun to come up with new recipes.
