The objective of this course is to introduce you to the Alternative Medicine field of herbs and their medicinal properties (the effect of the herb on body function). When you have finished the course, you will know how to make a few herbal remedies for your family and friends. You’ll learn how herbs work to support your health. Save money by learning to be your own herbalist. Our course will get you started. You will have a packet of twenty herbs, each a 1/2 ounce, which have a variety of uses that you will have studied in depth. By the end of this course, you will feel confident using them. The pictures are a sample of the herbs as they change with our current stock.  
 
Once the tasks are completed and turned in, you will receive a final test.  Once the test is turned in and graded, you will receive a certificate of completion.
