Sleep/Relax Herbal Formula Tincture

This is my favorite formula for getting my mind and body to relax.  My husband and I take this just as we are laying down to go to sleep.  We are normally asleep within 20 minutes.  When I am under an undo amount of stress, I break out in hives.  This formula also helps get rid of them within 30 minutes.
