This is a nutritive herb formula that can be added to smoothies, water, fruit juice or made into capsules.  It is packed with protein and calcium and essential nutrients, including RNA, DNA. Spirulina blue green algae powder and chlorella powder are packed with protein and calcium. I have just added Moringa leaf to the mixture to makeit even more nutrient dense.
